An emotional depiction of elation.  During our time of confinement in 2020, the artist has felt a tremendous surge of creativity and gratitude of life.  The jade  in this piece show an underlying colour of hope and a feeling of rising, which also references Easter, when it was created. 
Although the oils have been blended and softened, some brushstrokes have been left evident to express movement.  The contrast colours were chosen to provide a deep offset to the jade. This is the second work in a series of three on the same theme.
