If you're not totally happy with your painting, I will refund you, no questions asked (14 day limit). However, you will need to pay the shipping to return it to me. Apologies for this but this does safeguard against clients ordering to use for events or occasions with no intention of curation.
If there is any damage (or loss) whatsoever to your painting during shipping, the responsibility is totally mine and you can choose to have a refund or a painting commissioned in the same style.
