Expressivist oil painting which is an abstraction of a sunset as seen through a dense forest.  The brushwork is loose and forms a sense of moving energy across the 'sky' which is a variegated green.  The colour drenching of multiple shades of green symbolises creativity and life and has been achieved with many layers of glazes, creating translucence.
