The title 'Dare to Claim The Sky' is taken from a poem.  Ostensibly, the painting is about a wild and untamed landscape.  The meaning, as the title suggests, is about daring to be oneself.  This is reflecting in the loose brushtrokes and the ethereal quality of the skyscape.
